The Western Plains Painters, formerly known as the Palco Art Club, has a mission to support, inspire and enhance the skills of artistic painters. They encourage the continued growth of painters by providing places to paint, mentorship, quality art classes, inspirational workshops, and other creative events and activities. The club has been around for over 40 years, helping oil, acrylic, pastel and watercolor painters develop their skills. During these years they painted together, helped to critique, mentor and inspire each other, held workshops and grew individually as fine artists.
