Zoho Corporation said on Wednesday that its integrated platform Zoho One now supports 50,000 organizations in more than 160 countries and that in India, Zoho One has grown by 64% over the past two years.

In India, over 45% of demand was driven by Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, indicating the increase in business digitalization in non-metros.

The main sectors contributing to the growth are IT and professional services, BFSI, retail and wholesale, education, real estate and construction, according to the company.

“Siloed systems create business silos. An integrated organization is therefore generally a reflection of underlying integrated systems. This is what we see with our own customers,” said Hariharan Muralimanohar, Chief Marketing Officer at Zoho One.

Nearly half of Zoho One customers use 20 or more apps across all functions, integrating their organization and reporting higher returns.

Over the past two years, the platform has grown by 150%, with 37.5% of new Zoho One customers coming from midsize and enterprise businesses.

According to the company, license upgrades by customers who adopted Zoho One five years ago have increased by 92%.

Launched in 2017 as a first-of-its-kind suite comprising 35 integrated apps, Zoho One is the operating system for businesses – a comprehensive and scalable platform comprised of 45 unified apps along with end-to-end services ranging from from sales and marketing to finance, HR and analytics.

Pricing for Zoho One starts at Rs 1,800 per employee per month, billed annually, the company said.

Customers like IIFL, Meril Life Sciences, Tata Play Fiber, FynDNA TechCorp and Fyers added more licenses and increased usage of apps and services.

Based in Chennai, Zoho is profitable with over 11,000 employees.
