“The Show-Me 100 has been a Memorial Day Weekend mainstay for racing fans for three decades,” said Lucas Oil Speedway General Manager Danny Lorton. Next May, we can’t wait to welcome back the top drivers in dirt Late Model racing, as well as all of the spectators, for three days of exciting racing.”

The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series has released its calendar for 2022, which includes 65 feature events spread over 35 locations in 18 states. There will be 17 events with a top prize of more than $20,000, including 11 flagship events with top prizes of $50,000 or more.

In addition to the large number of high-paying events scheduled for 2022, the Lucas Oil National Champion will receive a massive $150,000 prize. Second place in the championship standings will receive $75,000, and third place will receive $50,000. In 2022, the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series will have a year-end points pool of more than $500,000 for the top-12 drivers.

The entire prize pool for the three days will be $233,600, which is a new high. The runner-up in the Show-Me 100 will receive $20,000, while third place will receive $10,000. Those that prepare the field will be guaranteed at least $2,000 in prize money.

Each preliminary night, drivers will earn points for heat-race and feature results, which will help determine the starting lineup for the 100-lap main event on closing night.

The Cedar Creek Beef Jerky USRA Modifieds are tentatively scheduled to join the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and Lucas Oil MLRA Late Model on the programming.

On July 16, 2022, the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and Lucas Oil MLRA will return to Lucas Oil Speedway for the 16th annual Diamond Nationals, which will pay $15,000 to the winner.
